The Bair Faqeeran village and Muza Bair Faqiran Distt Jhelum is the land of faqeeran but most fundamental activities in this land made very negative point of the view in this modern age. The  land of this muza and village is very use ful for many productive crops.  In this regards authorities of the govt of the punjab made very positive action, which result" the issued" instruction to all concerned department for issuance of correct records of land to whole Muza Bair Faqiran and its adjoining villages .


BUT

VERY POOR PEOPLES ARE STILL AWAITED FOR ISSUANCE OF FRESH LAND RECORD& FOLLOWING IS ALSO RECOMMENDED AND SPECIAL NEED FOR IMPLEMENTATION

  Issue to all very poor people complete land records with the help of trained staff of the department
Use whole land for agriculture aspect for best growing up the village and Muza Bair Faqiran communities
Correctness of the land records in whole muza in computerization
Identification of  khasara number is very big and most big issue
The 97.4% population are not properly awareness about these matter 
Only verified the corrct family particulars in the beginnings and 1947 with identification
